1. Who we are

Z-Trade ("we", "us") provides analytics and journaling software for traders. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

2. What data we collect

• Account data — your name, email address and authentication details when you create an account.
• Trade data — the trades, goals, notes, checklist answers and journal entries you enter, upload or send by webhook.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the product is used, such as which features are opened.
• Payment data — if you subscribe, our payment processor collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the service, calculate your statistics, keep your account secure, process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Z-Trade:

• Payments — Stripe processes subscription payments and stores your billing details. See Stripe's own privacy policy for details.
• Hosting & database — our cloud infrastructure and application hosting provider stores your account and trade data on our behalf.
• Email — our email provider delivers account messages such as verification and password resets.

Each provider is only given the data it needs to perform its function.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the service. We also offer optional analytics cookies, which only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, optional analytics are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for Z-Trade.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data:

• Access & export — you can export your trade history from the Trades page at any time.
• Deletion — you can permanently delete your account and all of its data from Settings.
• Other requests — you can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your trade data is removed. Some records, such as payment history, may be retained for as long as required by law.

8. Security

We protect your account with encryption in transit, access controls and optional two-factor authentication. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
