1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Z-Trade you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Z-Trade is
Z-Trade is analytics and journaling software only. It is not financial advice, it does not execute trades, and it never connects to your broker with trading permissions. It does not guarantee profits, and trading involves risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country to use Z-Trade.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Free plan — the Basic plan is free and can be used indefinitely without a card.
- Paid plans — paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in GBP through Stripe, in advance.
- Renewal — subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then returns to the free Basic plan.
- Price changes — we'll give you notice before any change to your subscription price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — for example by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of the trade data and content you add to Z-Trade. You can export your trades at any time and delete your account from Settings. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Statistics and scores are calculated from the data you supply and may contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect losses arising from your use of Z-Trade.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Z-Trade after a change means you accept the updated terms.
